All sales are final, and the Town is not responsible for missing, damaged, or nonfunctional items after the sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

The Town of Sahuarita makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the quality, functionality, or suitability of any item for a particular purpose. No adjustments, refunds, or exchanges will be made based on defects, imperfections, or damages. All items offered for public sale are sold without recourse, and buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before bidding.
Payment
All Payments are made directly to PublicSurplus.com within 5 days of being awarded the auction.
Pick-up
All items must be picked up within 10 days of being awarded the auction on Publicsurplus.com.
Note: To bid on our auctions listed on Publicsurplus.com, Bidders must create an account and complete the verification process on the Public Surplus website. Bidding Accounts must be at least 30 days old to bid on our auctions.
