UNCLAIMED Property
The Town of Sahuarita Police Department receives a large amount of unclaimed property. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statues 12-941, a listing of unclaimed property will be published monthly and expire 30 days after publication.
The Town of Sahuarita is hereby giving notice to any potential claimant of the listed items. Potential claimants will have a period of 30-days from the date of this publication to contact the Sahuarita Police Department Property & Evidence Bureau at 520-344-7001 to make a claim. Proof of ownership and ID will be required.
