The Board of Adjustment is comprised of seven members, each nominated and appointed by the Mayor and Town Council. The Board of Adjustment makes decisions on Temporary Use Permits and Variances. The Board may also hear appeals of decisions of the Planning Director. Decisions of the Board occur during noticed public hearings.
The Board of Adjustment meets on an as-needed basis.
